1.3  For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act"), the data controller is The Vine B&B and Booking.com, save as set out below.

 

1.4  In certain circumstances we process data on behalf of the businesses from whom you purchase services. We may also do so for third-party platforms or other intermediary partners on whose behalf we provide our services ("Affiliates"). In such circumstances, we may either be a joint data controller with the relevant business/Affiliate or a data processor for the purposes of the Act. If we act as data processor your data controller will be the relevant businesses/Affiliate.
